A credentialed reviewer engagement (CHC, CHPC, or healthcare attorney) is being arranged — until it is finalized, no individual reviewer is named on this page or on any guide.
Editorial process
How a compliance guide gets published.
Current state: an LLM (Anthropic Claude) drafts each guide from a structured prompt that cites the exact CFR sections, statutes, and CMS publications referenced. The D3rx team edits for source fidelity and restraint. A named credentialed reviewer (CHC, CHPC, or healthcare attorney) is being engaged to verify citations and sign off before each guide is treated as authoritative. Until that engagement is finalized, no individual reviewer is named on the guides and no reviewedBy schema.org attestation is emitted.
